Rolex Datejust 26 Blue Ombre Dial 69173 Year: 1991

Released by Rolex in 1945, the Datejust was the first self-winding watch to include a date on the dial and is possibly one of the most well-known wristwatches of all time. Since 1954, Rolex has refined the aesthetic of the Datejust, offering a variety of dials, materials, bracelets and bezel designs.

This Rolex Datejust 26 features the classic and desired steel and gold configuration. The main highlight of this watch is the rare blue ombre diamond dot dial. Rolex has never disclosed production numbers for dials or watches; however, this configuration is certainly scary. Both the watch and the dial are now discontinued, which means as time goes on, fantastic examples like this one will only become rarer.
